As part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established this refund policy to outline the terms and conditions under which refunds can be requested. It is important to note that certain products may have unique refund periods and conditions, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances the customers are encouraged to carefully review the refund terms associated with each specific product outlined in our comprehensive policy documentation.
Refunds are exclusively applicable to specific domains when a cancellation request is submitted within (48 hours) of the initial registration. In such cases, we will refund the domain registration fee. Please note that an administration fee will be charged for this service, and third-party costs are not eligible for a refund.
In the event of a customer canceling the service before the completion of the full invoice period, a refund will be issued for the unused period, excluding the 30-day cancellation notice period and any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the customer.
Additionally, in any case where the domain registration fails due to technical issues or any other reasons on our part, customers are encouraged to reach out to us for assistance. Upon receiving such a report, we will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. If it is determined that the failure occurred due to our fault, we will initiate a refund process as deemed appropriate.
Domain registrations set for auto-renewal for one year can be canceled, and a refund will be issued, excluding the 30-day cancellation notice period and any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the customer.
Domain registrations set for auto-renewal for multiple-year can be canceled, and a refund will be issued, excluding the 30-day cancellation notice period and any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the customer.
Domain registrations set for manual renewal can be canceled within 48 hours if the renewal is for one year and within 7 days if the renewal is for multiple years, and a refund will be issued, excluding the 30-day cancellation notice period and any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the customer.
In cases where a domain is redeemed during its grace period and subsequently canceled, it is important to note that the redemption fee incurred during the initial redemption process is deemed non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunded amounts will be processed using the original payment method.
For customers using our cross - website services: Customers utilizing services from our Trademarkia website are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the cancellation and refund terms specific to Trademarkia. It's important to note that canceling Trademark or any other IPR service will not impact the registered domain once the registration process is complete. Refunds, as outlined in our policy, will be processed solely according to the terms mentioned herein. In certain instances, upon request, the company may, at its discretion, consider refunds. Refunds for such cancelled registrations will be issued with a 30-day cancellation period charge and any applicable third-party costs.
